  • Morarka Organic Foods Limited is committed to provide quality and safe products to all its customers. Our goal is to deliver complete satisfaction.

    We take pride in the delivery of quality products we sell on this portal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as the product has fallen short of description - specification presented by us, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you with the return/refund of your purchase.

    1. If any material pack has been found to be damaged during transit/shipment and noticed at the time of delivery.
      • "Kindly refuse to take the delivery itself."
      • "You must write on the delivery note about your refusal and the reason for the refusal."
      • "In all such cases we shall deliver the same order by express delivery at no extra costs to you."
      * For us to take immediate action on above kindly also fill up the return form and submit the same.
    2. On arrival of parcel without any external damage, we request you to kindly open the box and verify the contents as per the delivery note sent along with the delivery. In case of any shortage:
      • "Kindly write it on the receipt copy of the Delivery Note and get it counter signed by the delivery person."
      • "In all such cases of short delivery we shall deliver the same product by express delivery at no extra costs to you."
      * For us to take immediate action on above kindly also fill up the return form and submit the same.
    3. Any product after being received at your end, it can be returned back to us for 100 Percent refund within seven days of the date of receipt of the material. Provided you have not opened the pack and it is in the same intact position. Kindly follow the conditions and instructions below :
      • "Kindly inform us about your decision to return within 72 hours to us, in the web page provided for this purpose"
      • "You will need to send it back to us at your own cost, on the address informed by us along with our acceptance note through a email."
      • "On the safe arrival of material, we shall refund the basic cost of the product, excluding the Taxes and the Shipping Charges paid by us."
      • "The refund payment will be made by bank transaction only."
      * For us to send you the address for return, kindly fill up the return form and submit the same.
    4. After the receipt of goods without any damage during transit, but found to be substandard, we shall give either 100 percent refund or free replacement, as desired by you within seven days of received of the material.
      For necessary action kindly follow the instructions as below:
      • "Kindly inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product, with the detailed description of defect as noticed by you. You can inform us by filling in the complaint form provided in the web portal"
      • "We will contact you back within 24 hours of receipt of your complaint."
      • "After verification of the complaint, we will either contact you in person and /or inform you about the nearest logistic service provider's details, to enable you to send the material back to us."
      • “After due scrutiny and necessary laboratory based tests, which shall be done within one week of receipt of the material at our end, we will inform you about the results and our decision to accept your claim."
      • "If any product is found to be defective, we shall offer you either 100 Percent refund, after deducting the shipping charges, or deliver the same product without any extra delivery charges."
      • "For the refund we shall pay the basic cost of the product, excluding the Taxes and the Shipping Charges paid by us."
      • "The refund payment will be made by bank transaction only."
